W. App Videos is operated by George Fragkakis, based in Athens, Greece. We produce App Store preview videos and related creative assets for mobile app founders and ASO agencies.

What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us:
- Contact form — your name, email address, App Store link, package interest, and any project details you choose to share.
- Scheduling — if you book a call via our scheduling tool (TidyCal), that service collects your name, email, and availability. See their privacy policy at tidycal.com/privacy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics sets the following cookies: _ga (persists for 2 years) and _ga_* (persists for 2 years). These cookies are only loaded after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. We do not use advertising pixels or any third-party behavioural tracking beyond this.
Why We Collect It
The information you provide via the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry about our services
- Provide a free video audit of your app listing
- Send you a proposal and carry out any agreed project work
The legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where a contract is formed, contract performance.
Cookies & Third-Party Services
This website uses a small number of third-party services:
- Google Analytics — loaded only after you accept cookies. Sets
_gaand_ga_*cookies (2-year retention) to measure traffic and usage patterns. See Google's privacy policy. - Google Fonts — we load typefaces from Google's servers. Google may log your IP address as part of serving these files.
- TidyCal — our scheduling embed is loaded only when you click "Schedule your call" and is subject to TidyCal's own privacy policy.
We store your cookie consent preference in your browser's localStorage — this is not a cookie and does not leave your device. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set separately by Google's scripts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data (name, email, project details) is retained for as long as needed to fulfil the project or respond to your enquiry, and for up to 2 years afterward for legitimate business record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As a resident of the European Economic Area (or anywhere else), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Communication via email is inherently not fully secure, but we do not store your data in any unsecured location or share it beyond what is necessary to serve you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We will not retroactively reduce your rights under this policy.
